This gathering of love, song and dance is for you, led by experienced Kundalini Yoga teachers, Satnadar, Raj Adesh and Sandeep Devi.

10.30am-12.30pm: Love is Love

Life is a flow of love. Yet, in a seemingly more connected world, why do we so often feel disconnected? Through breathwork and kriya practice we’ll deepen our inquiry, open our hearts to the flow, and simply be to be.

Break for lunch

1.15pm-2.45pm: Healing through Naad and sacred geometry

Shabad Hazaray is a sacred song of ‘longing to belong’. Its vibrational essence reshapes the relationship within one’s Self and with Universal consciousness. When chanted as a group in sacred geometry, its effect is amplified. More clarity and empowerment to bring positive change to your current relationships, while removing past pains that have imbedded themselves in your heart and psyche.

2.45pm-3.45pm: Good vibrations for inner peace

It’s time to dance. Free your heart from the shackles of your subconscious mind. Let go of attachments and the ghosts of the past through compassion and acceptance. Then we’ll deep dive into the harmonic waves of the Gong, stilling the body and mind to reset, relax and revitalise.

Bring a bottle of water/reusable cup, your own mat/sheepskin, light blanket/cushion for comfort. We’ll have a short break (12.30pm-1.15pm) so you’re welcome to bring a light veggie lunch/snack. Free herbal teas supplied.

The Annexe is a 5 min walk from either Partick train station/Subway or Kelvinhall Subway.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and please avoid eating 1 to 2 hours before the start of the class.

What to bring: Yoga mat, cushion, blanket and bottle of water There are spare mats at the studios if you need to borrow one.

Classes not attended are none refundable or transferable. You can attend a class in the same block on a different day and location.
If classes are cancelled they will be refunded or an alternative date offered.
